Northern Lights Books & Gifts

Every month, we have special events here at Northern Lights Books,
ranging from book groups to book signings. On the first Tuesday of each
month our Book Store Book Group meets, and on the third Thursday of
every month our Chapter & Verse book group meets. Newcomers always welcome!   

We host authors for booksignings several times a month. We can help organize receptions and readings.  Our store is noted for hosting large offsite events. We have hosted or helped to host Greg Mortenson, David Sedaris, Mitch Albom, Lorna Landvik, William Kent Krueger, Jan Brett. Along with Karen Armstrong,  Ray Suarez,  and Terry Gross.

For many years we have been an underwriter for the Spirit Lake Poetry Series.
