Images and footage from our activities and operations may be downloaded directly from the Northern Lights JV media archive for editorial use in news media and documentary productions. These materials may be used on websites, in print, and in electronic media without prior written permission from Northern Lights JV.

Images and footage may not be altered, manipulated, or used in a manner that misrepresents Northern Lights JV, its activities, facilities, employees, partners, or customers.

For any other use, including commercial purposes, written permission from Northern Lights JV is required. Commercial use generally includes any use intended to generate, or that results in, financial gain, including advertising, marketing, the sale of products or services, and use by for-profit organizations. Northern Lights JV reserves the right to review and approve proposed commercial use before permission is granted.

Northern Lights JV also reserves the right to withdraw permission if any image or footage is used in a misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate manner.
